Classic Oval Ring Repair, Resizing, and Repolishing

Here you can arrange surface refinishing, repolishing, repairs, and resizing for items in the Classic Oval Ring series. (For accessory repairs, please click here.)

If the item breaks shortly after purchase without being subjected to strong force or any similar cause, we will handle it free of charge as an initial defect.

Round-trip shipping charges will be charged separately from the labor fee.

〔Estimated Labor Fees〕

□ Matte refinishing (scratches remain)

□ Like-new finish
　Scratch removal & mirror polish/matte refinishing
　　　From ¥6,000 (labor fee varies depending on the condition of the scratches)

□ Straightening and repairs
　　　From ¥3,000 (labor fee varies depending on the condition)

□ Resizing smaller
　　　¥5,000

□ Resizing larger
　　　¥10,000 + material cost (e.g., approximately ¥4,000 or more for 2.6 mm)

Prices may vary depending on the condition of the item and the workload during busy periods. Thank you for your understanding.

〔Important Notes and Points Regarding Repairs〕

□ A like-new finish or other repairs may change the texture and width of the ring. Thank you for your understanding.

□ There are limits to how much a ring can be resized (approximately ±3 Japanese sizes).

□ For resizing, we recommend making a final size confirmation using a sample ring.

□ Engravings may become faint or disappear.

〔Repair Process〕

□ After completing the procedure, send the ring to the designated address (shipping costs are your responsibility).
