Our online store accepts orders 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, regardless of the monthly made-to-order production period.

【Stores and Pop-Up Events】
Some in-stock items, such as earrings, ear cuffs, and bangles, can be taken home on the day of purchase.
Items made to your size, such as rings, take approximately one month to complete.
Once completed, you can choose between delivery and in-store pickup.

【Online Store】
Orders are accepted during our monthly order period.
Outside the order period, the “Add to Cart” button is hidden, and purchases cannot be made.
However, some items, such as rental products, trays, and maintenance parts, can be ordered outside the order period as well.

Engraving is generally available only for the Classic Oval Ring. Due to current production management constraints, engraving is limited to select products rather than being available for all items.

Some products may be available, although an additional customization fee will apply. Please contact us for more information.

As a general rule, we do not accept fully custom orders, but we do offer semi-custom orders for some products, allowing you to change the material of an existing product. A special production fee of [material cost + ¥20,000~] will be charged. Please contact us for details.
