Can you engrave all your products?
In principle, engraving is only available on K18 Classic Oval Rings. Currently, due to production management reasons, we are unable to engrave all products, so we have limited this to a select few.
Can I purchase rings that were previously sold?
There will be a special labor charge, but there are some products for which this is possible. Please contact us.
I don't know my ring size.
Please refer to our ring gauge rental service and how to measure your ring size . If you have any questions, please contact us.
Can you alter items purchased at other stores?
Please contact the store where you purchased the product. We take responsibility for repairing products purchased from our store. Click here for the repair page.
Can I order original products?
As a general rule, we do not accept full orders, but we do accept semi-orders for some products, where we change the materials used in existing products. A special labor charge of [material cost + 20,000 yen or more] will be charged. Please contact us for more details.
