Here you can have items purchased from our store polished, have the size changed, or have broken jewelry repaired.
The cost varies depending on the repairs required.
If the product is damaged for no reason, such as being subjected to strong force, shortly after purchase, we will repair it free of charge as a manufacturing defect.
Repairs and resizing are more difficult and time-consuming than making the item, but we will handle the job responsibly.
[Estimated labor costs]
□ Re-polishing: 3,000 yen ~ (Labor costs vary depending on condition)
□ Scratch removal & polishing: From 6,000 yen (Labor costs vary depending on the type of product and the condition of the scratches)
□ Repair of damaged silver or brass earrings (single earring) or ring: from 3,000 yen
□ Silver and brass ring resizing: from 4,000 yen
□ Resizing of 18k gold rings under 1.5mm in diameter: from 4,000 yen (size up requires additional material fee)
□ Resizing of 18k gold rings with a diameter of 2.0mm or more: 5,000 yen and up (size up requires additional material fee)
Please note that prices may change depending on the condition of the product, peak seasons, etc.
This price includes labor costs and shipping costs for returning the product to you.
[Points to note and points to keep in mind when repairing]
□ Please note that when altering, the garment will be cut, joined, shaped, and finished again, so the texture may change slightly.
□ For delicate items, we may make them from new materials.
□ When sending us a ring, we recommend using Click Post, which has a tracking number, or Letter Pack, which is available at some convenience stores.
□ When resizing a ring, we recommend measuring it with a ring gauge. If you do not have a ring gauge, you can rent one. The rental fee, including round-trip shipping, is 600 yen. If you rent one, you can return it together with the ring to be altered in the return envelope that came with the ring gauge.
□ If there is an engraving, it may fade or disappear.
□ Alterations are only available for [zuzu / dzdz] products.
For alterations outside of our store, please contact the brand or store where you purchased the item. We take full responsibility for altering [Dzu/dzdz] products.
[Repair process]
□ Please copy and fill out the information below and contact us at contact@dzdz.jp.
□ We will reply to you with the repair fee and payment page. If you agree to the contents, please complete the payment procedure using the payment page we sent you.
□ After completing the procedure, please send the ring to the specified address (we will contact you by email) (you will be responsible for the shipping costs).
□ Repairs will be completed within approximately 30 days of arrival (approximately one week depending on the work).
