[Regarding order dates]

■ Accessories: Made-to-order items can only be purchased during the monthly order period. Some items, such as earrings, that are in stock can be purchased at any time.

■ Special rings and wedding rings: Can be purchased at any time, regardless of the order period.

Made-to-order products: Delivery takes approximately 1 to 1.5 months

■ Items in stock, such as earrings and ear cuffs: Usually delivered within one week
If you purchase this item at the same time as a made-to-order product, it will be shipped once the made-to-order product is completed.

■ Special rings and wedding rings (K18 Classic Oval Ring): Delivery in approximately 2 to 2.5 months

[Order process]

■ Please place your order from the product page on the online shop (please be careful not to forget to fill in the size for products that require it).

■ After placing your order, an "order confirmation email" will be automatically sent to you.

■ Once you receive the email, your order will be completed and we will begin production of your made-to-order product.

■ Once the shipping procedures have been completed, we will send you a shipping notification email.
*It may take 12 to 24 hours for your parcel's tracking number to be reflected.

[Shipping fee]

■ Nationwide shipping fee of 800 yen (free shipping for orders over 38,000 yen)

■ For items under 3,000 yen, you can choose to have them delivered to your mailbox (200 yen).

*If you order multiple items within the same period, they may be shipped together. Please note that shipping costs cannot be refunded.

[About size]

Depending on the type of ring, you can order in increments of 0.5 or 1 size.
We recommend using the ring gauge rental service (coupon included) . Click here for instructions on how to use a ring gauge.
For special rings and wedding rings, you can rent a sample ring in your desired size.

[Cancellation/Return]

■ As a general rule, we cannot accept cancellations after an order has been placed. If you need to cancel for unavoidable reasons, please contact us as soon as possible. If production has already begun, we cannot accept cancellations or refunds.

■ We accept returns if the product is defective. Please note that returns cannot be made for personal reasons.

■ We try to make our items as carefully as possible, but as each item is handmade, there may be some variation in the items.


[Care Instructions]

■ 18K gold products do not require any special care. However, please note that leaving them in contact with sweat, hot spring water, seawater, or pool water for long periods of time may cause discoloration or damage. If you are removing your jewelry and storing it for an extended period of time, we recommend gently washing it with soap and wiping it with a soft cloth before storing it.


■ Silver products may gradually oxidize and darken when exposed to air or water. They may also discolor or corrode when exposed to chemicals or hot springs.

■ Brass products are a material that oxidizes easily and reacts to sweat. They will look shiny when first polished, but with frequent use they will develop a dull luster characteristic of brass.

■ If a glossy finish product becomes dull or discolored, you can clean it with a cloth containing a metal polishing agent. Click here to purchase the cloth.


■ Please refrain from using abrasive cloths on matte-finished products as they may damage the texture of the surface. If you are concerned about dirt, wipe it off with a soft cloth.

[Handling precautions]

■ If any abnormalities occur on your skin, please refrain from using the product.

■ Some bracelets and earrings are shaped in a way that makes them easy to get caught in hair or clothing. Please be careful when wearing them.

■ There is a risk of damage if subjected to strong impact.

[Frequently Asked Questions]

Can you engrave all your products?

In principle, engraving is only available on K18 Classic Oval Rings. Currently, due to production management reasons, we are unable to engrave all products, so we have limited this to a select few.

Can I purchase rings that were previously sold?

There will be a special labor charge, but there are some products for which this is possible. Please contact us.

I don't know my ring size.

Please refer to our ring gauge rental service and how to measure your ring size . If you have any questions, please contact us.

Can you alter items purchased at other stores?

Please contact the store where you purchased the product. We take responsibility for repairing products purchased from our store. Click here for the repair page.

Can I order original products?

As a general rule, we do not accept full orders, but we do accept semi-orders for some products, where we change the materials used in existing products. A special labor charge of [material cost + 20,000 yen or more] will be charged. Please contact us for more details.
