Questions Before Purchase

Q. I would like to receive the ring by my desired date. Will it arrive in time?

If the standard production time will not meet your desired date, please consider using the rush production plan.

Q. Do two people have to use the same material and the same width?

They don’t have to be the same at all. Each of you can choose different materials, widths, and engravings.

Q. I’m not sure which width to choose.

If you are unsure, consider 2.6 mm for women and 3.2 mm for men to be standard widths, and choose from there based on the shape of your fingers, your appearance preferences, and comfort.

I, the designer, chose 4.4 mm, while my wife chose 3.8 mm. These are relatively wide bands, but we chose these widths because we believe they will continue to look wonderful at any age, as the joints and wrinkles on your fingers become more noticeable with age.

Q. How many characters can be engraved? What should I have engraved?

Although the maximum number of characters varies by size, engraving can be added around the entire inner circumference.
However, the engraved area may feel slightly rough, so engraving the entire circumference may make the ring less comfortable to wear. Please contact us for details.

Below are examples of engraving requests we have received in the past.
The anniversary of when you started dating/your registration date/your wedding day/each other’s names/initials/each other’s birthdays/each other’s phone numbers/favorite words or messages, etc.

Q. What pickup methods are available for the product?

You can choose between pickup in-store and delivery.
When your order is nearly ready, we’ll email you with instructions on how to receive it. Please select one of the two options.

Q. When will I be charged? What payment methods are available?

Once your order details have been finalized, payment is required in advance.
We will begin production after confirming your payment.
You can choose to pay by cash, credit card, or bank transfer.

Q. How much is shipping?

¥800 nationwide.

Q. Could you take a photo of the ring?

Enclosed is a QR code containing photos of the rings.
When you pick them up in person, we will take photos of the two of you opening and wearing the rings and provide you with the data.
You are very welcome to post them on your personal social media accounts (please refrain from using them for commercial purposes, such as advertising, sales promotion, or product introductions).

Questions after purchase

Q. The matte finish has started to wear off.

The matte finish will develop fine scratches through daily use and gradually become more lustrous as it rubs against clothing and other materials.
The rate at which the matte finish wears away varies depending on how often and where it is worn, but the texture may begin to differ from that of a new item within as little as a few weeks to several months.
We hope you will enjoy wearing it without worrying about scratches and appreciate how its character changes over time.

Q. The size feels loose/tight. Is resizing possible?

If this is immediately after arrival
Finger size can change throughout the day due to your physical condition, swelling, temperature, and other factors.
Please wear the ring for about a week first to determine how the size feels.

If several months have passed
Everyone experiences this differently, but generally, rings are said to feel tighter in summer because the blood vessels in your fingers dilate, and looser in winter because they constrict.
Because the way the size feels can vary depending on the season, your physical condition, and how dry your hands are, we recommend considering a size adjustment if the ring feels uncomfortable throughout the year.

Guidelines for considering a size adjustment
・The ring is so loose that you are worried it may slip off
・The ring is so tight that it causes congestion or cannot be worn
・Your body size has changed significantly (not temporarily)
・Your fingers have become thicker (as you age, changes in the cartilage and ligaments of the joints can cause your fingers to become thicker)

Q. Is it okay to wear it continuously for 24 hours?

There are no particular issues, but please be careful, as the ring may become deformed when lifting dumbbells or when strong force is applied to it. Also, the ring may become hot in high-temperature places such as saunas.
The artist finds it refreshing to take it off at home and put it on whenever going out.
