Repairs, resizing, and polishing

Here, you can request repolishing, resizing, or repair services for products purchased from our store.

The repair cost varies depending on the type of repair.

If a product breaks shortly after purchase without being subjected to excessive force or other reasons, we will repair it free of charge as an initial defect.

Repairs and resizing are more difficult and time-consuming than initial production, but we will handle them responsibly.

□ Repair of broken silver or brass earrings (single) or rings

□ Resizing of 18K gold rings with a thickness of 1.5mm or less
　　　From ¥5,000 (plus additional material cost for increasing size)

□ Resizing of 18K gold rings with a thickness of 2.0mm or more
　　　From ¥10,000 (plus additional material cost for increasing size)

□ K18 Classic Oval Ring
　　　From ¥10,000 (plus additional material cost for increasing size)

Prices may vary depending on the product's condition and the impact of peak seasons. Thank you for your understanding.

The quoted cost includes the labor fee and shipping costs for returning the product to the customer.

 

[Notes and Important Points for Repairs]

□ Please note that during repairs, the item will be cut, rejoined, reshaped, and finished again, so the texture may change slightly. Thank you for your understanding.

□ There are limits to size adjustments. (Approximately ±3 sizes)

□ For delicate items, we may need to create them from new materials.

□ For ring resizing, we recommend measuring with a ring sizer. If you don't have a ring sizer, you can rent one. The rental fee, including round-trip shipping, is ¥600. If you rent one, you can return the ring to be repaired together in the return envelope for the ring sizer.

□ Engravings may fade or disappear during the repair process.

□ Repairs are limited to products from 【づづ / dzdz】.
   For repairs of items not from our store, please consult the brand or store where you purchased them. We will take full responsibility for repairing 【づづ / dzdz】 products.

[Repair Process]

□ Please copy the following information, fill it out, and send it to contact@dzdz.jp.

□ We will reply with the repair fee and a payment page. If you agree to the terms, please proceed with payment on the provided payment page.

□ After the procedure, please send the ring to the specified address (provided via email) (customer is responsible for shipping costs).

□ Repairs will be completed approximately 30 days after arrival (may be about one week depending on the work content).
