〔The Ideal Ring〕

For me, adornment is a small space that allows me to be myself. It's not about standing out, but about feeling good and naturally wanting to wear it. I've stripped away anything unnecessary, leaving only the essence of the adornment.

Each ring is carefully and thoughtfully crafted, so that it becomes a cherished item you'll want to wear forever.

〔Origin of the Name〕

In 2018, I started making rings under the brand name "Gin, Shinchu" (Silver, Brass).

In June 2024, the brand name was changed to "dzdz." The English spelling is "dzdz."

The name comes from the "dz-dz" sound created when filing materials during the production process.

I poured my desire to continue being a creator into that sound, a sound that only a craftsman can hear.


〔Background and Creator〕

In 2015, at the age of 23, I was working as a window cleaner for high-rise buildings.

As a child, I loved LEGO blocks, origami, and cat's cradle. As I grew up, I always thought "I want to make a living through craftsmanship," but I spent my days feeling frustrated by the gap between my dreams and reality.

While still pursuing fabric and furniture making as a hobby, I continued my window cleaning job to earn a living. At that time, the "ring just for myself" that I had made became like a charm.

Thanks to that ring, I gradually started receiving more requests from people asking me to make rings for them. My passion and the needs of society aligned, and little by little, a path opened up for me. And in 2018, this brand was born.

Rings that feel comfortable, as if they are a part of your body.

〔Manufacturing Method〕

The rings are produced using the 'forging' method. Since the material is hammered to increase its density, the rings have greater durability compared to those made using the 'casting' method, where material is poured into a mold.
This allows us to create durable rings, even with a delicate thickness of 1.0mm.
