To me, adornment is a small space that allows you to be yourself.
Not something meant to stand out, but something that helps you feel centered and that you naturally want to reach for.
I stripped away everything unnecessary, leaving only the essence of jewelry.
I make each piece carefully and wholeheartedly, hoping it will give you the opportunity to put on such a ring and make you want to wear it forever.
〔Origin of the Name〕
In 2018, I began making rings under the brand name “Silver, Brass.”
In June 2024, the name was changed to “づづ.” In English, it is written as “dzdz.”
The name comes from the “zū, zū” sound produced when filing the material during the making process.
The sound that only a maker can hear carries my wish to continue being a maker.
〔How It Began / About the Maker〕
My name is Isami Fuji.
In 2015, at the age of 23, I worked as a high-rise window cleaner.
As a child, I was a boy who loved LEGO bricks, origami, and cat’s cradle. As I grew older, I spent my days frustrated by the gap between reality and my desire to make a living through craftsmanship.
At the time, I was still making fabric products and furniture as an extension of my hobbies, while continuing to clean windows to earn a living. What had become something like a personal talisman for me was a “ring made just for myself.”
That ring became the catalyst, and before I knew it, more and more people began saying, “I want you to make that ring for me.” As what I wanted to do aligned with the needs of others, the path gradually began to open up.
Then, in 2018, this brand was born.
A comfortable ring that feels like part of your body.
I hope it becomes a special ring just for you.

〔Manufacturing Method〕
Our rings are made using a method called “forging.” Because the material is hammered to increase its density, they are more durable than rings made using the “casting” method, in which material is poured into a mold.
Even with a delicate thickness of 1.0 mm, we can make rings that are relatively durable.
