The appearance is different when viewed from the front and from the side.
The inner front is cut and designed with a curve.

The body has a highly polished mirror finish. Even if it tarnishes, it can be polished back to a shine with a commercially available metal polishing cloth.

The post is made of sterling silver (925).

The earring backs are made of silver with silicone inside, which provides a relatively secure hold.
