■ Engraving is only available on the K18 Classic Oval Ring. Currently, due to production management reasons, we are unable to engrave all products, so we have narrowed it down to one product.

■ Rings that were previously sold will incur special labor charges, but we can also make some items. Please contact us for more information.

■ Regarding consultations regarding ring sizes, it is difficult to give advice because the comfort and shape of each finger are different for each person. - How to measure your size -We hope you find this information useful.

■ If you have purchased an item from another store, please ask the store where you purchased it to have it repaired. We will take responsibility for repairing any item purchased from our store.

■ We do not accept full orders for original products. We do accept semi-orders for some products by changing the materials of existing products. A special labor charge (material cost + 20,000 yen or more) will be charged. Please contact us.
