[Shipping costs and delivery times]
■ Shipping fee is 800 yen nationwide (free shipping for orders over 38,000 yen)
■Since rings are made to order to fit the customer's size, it takes approximately 3 to 4 weeks from the time of order to shipping.
■ Earrings, ear cuffs, bracelets, and some rings that are in stock will be delivered within one week. You can purchase them at any time. (If you purchase made-to-order items at the same time, the shipping date will be the same as the made-to-order items.)
■ Special rings and wedding rings (K18 Classic Oval Ring) will be delivered in approximately two and a half months.

[About ring sizes]
■ Rings can be ordered in increments of 1 size. Once you place your order, production will begin immediately, so if you need to make any changes, please contact us as soon as possible.
■ We recommend taking your time to measure your ring size using a ring gauge.

■ If you order multiple items separately, they may be shipped together, but please note that shipping costs cannot be refunded.
■ Generally, cancellations are not possible after an order has been placed, but if you need to cancel for unavoidable reasons, please contact us as soon as possible. If production has already begun, cancellations and refunds may not be possible.
[Order process]

□ Once you receive the email, your order will be complete and we will begin production. Your order will be completed and shipped within 3 to 4 weeks.

[Regarding returns]
□ We accept returns if the product is defective. Please note that returns cannot be made for personal reasons.
□ We try to make our items as carefully as possible, but since each item is handmade, there may be some variation in the items.
