This page is for renting ring gauges specifically for resizing.
After completing the procedure, we will send you a ring gauge and a return envelope.
After measuring the ring size with a ring gauge, place the ring and ring gauge in an envelope and mail it.
Once the ring arrives, we will email you the payment page.
Frequently asked questions
How long will it take for my item to arrive?
■Since rings are made to order to fit the customer's size, it takes about one to one and a half months from the time of order to shipping.
■ Earrings, ear cuffs, bracelets, and some rings can be purchased at any time if they are in stock. (Delivery within one week)
■ The special ring/wedding ring (K18 Classic Oval Ring) will be delivered in approximately two and a half months.

Can I return it?
□ We accept returns if the product is defective. Please note that returns cannot be made for personal reasons.
